WaterCarz.com was first registered on April 26th, 2008 and is designed to help YOU run your car on water. The idea of running your car on water is obviously very appealing, and a lot of people want to do it. This has naturally attracted a lot of junk products that are created with the aim of just making a quick buck and don't provide any real value.
